I am available for sessions:

 11am until 8pm Monday to Thursday 

  10am until 2pm Friday.

I do prefer email in the first instance if at all possible as it gives you the chance to expand on your thoughts and gives me a more indepth view of your expectations and needs from a session with me. I do not like one line emails at all.

If I am unable to take your call then you will be directed to leave a message including a time frame for me to return your call if appropriate. Occassionally my partner will answer the phone - please be respectful and polite at all times.

Withheld numbers will not be answered.

  I give you my number and expect the courtesy to be reciprocated.  

I occasionally work weekends though this is always by prior arrangement and booked well in advance.
